At Rainbow Montessori, our dedicated team of educators, led by Chethana B, is committed to nurturing each child’s potential in a caring, supportive environment. With a blend of experience, Montessori training, and a passion for holistic development, our educators guide children to grow into confident, curious learners. Our trained support staff further enhance each child’s experience by assisting with daily needs in the classroom, ensuring that every child receives the attention and care they deserve.

Chethana B
With a background in Business Administration and Human Resource Management, Chethana transitioned into education after raising her three children. Inspired by alternative learning methods, she pursued a Diploma in Montessori Education and honed her skills at Anweshana Montessori. Motivated by Maria Montessori’s philosophy, she founded Rainbow Montessori in 2018 to provide children with a nurturing and holistic learning environment.

Srinidhi, an Engineering graduate with an IT background, discovered her passion for teaching after completing her Montessori training. With four years of teaching experience, she brings a unique perspective to the classroom, combining her technical expertise with a love for child development.
